As a family travelling in Mexico, this place is awesome. Finding a room with a king bed plus loft with singles for up to 3 kids is amazing. The rooms and building are stunning, and the beds and linens are very comfortable. We booked through airbnb, and had no difficulty communicating with the property or checking in. The location is great - close to everything in Coatepec. Many coffee shops and restaurants, plus a view to the Pico de Orizaba. The only drawbacks are that there is no parking available, but our car had no problems on the street in front, and that there is no heating/cooling in the room. When we were there in December this meant the room was a bit cold. Also, no TV, but we didn't mind at all, the wifi worked just fine.
El hotel es súper bonito y cómodo, parece una obra de arte. Las habitaciones preciosas y las camas cómodas, todo pulcro. El auto se deja afuera pero es muy seguro, estuvimos dos dias Y todo en orden. La atención y el servicio fue excelente. La comida del restaurante muy rica. Muy recomendable
We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel and grounds are very pretty and the room was spacious, cute and clean. The location was great because it was an easy walking distance to the main square, but quiet at night. We had some soup in the restaurant and it was very good.

We had a great stay here! The people at the hotel are super nice, it is family owned and operated. The reservation process and arrival are super easy! We were able to walk everywhere and had an amazing night of sleep. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Great water pressure and water temp! There’s a restaurant as well that is open for breakfast and lunch. 100% recommend staying here!
Only stayed a night but had a really great experience. Super pretty/colourful hotel, lovely little room, super clean, comfortable bed great shower. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.
REALLY enjoyed my stay here! I arrived early and checking in early was not an issue. My room was comfortable and they provided lots of extra blankets. I enjoyed the view from my window and hearing the birds every morning. My room was facing the street, but I did not hear any noise throughout the night. This hotel was beautiful, centrally located, and affordable! I would definitely stay here again!
